Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be new and unworn, with tags, in the original packaging. Start at the Returns/Exchanges portal with your order number and the email, ZIP code or phone number used for the order.

Exchanges are free. Once an exchange is approved we email a prepaid label and ship the new size or product at no charge.

Returns cost $6 per item. Once a return is approved we email a prepaid label, and $6 per item is deducted from the refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return; your bank may take a few more days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, write to info@duzter.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: write to info@duzter.com as soon as it arrives and we will make it right at no cost.

Not returnable: custom orders (special colors or personalized items) and items marked Final Sale.
