Measure from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet while standing straight.

Measure weight in pounds on a regular scale.

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

This chart shows the exact measurements for each Duzter size:

For growing youth players, consider sizing up if measurements are near the upper range
Compression shirt fit preference varies by position - goalies often prefer a looser fit
If you're between sizes, your playing style may influence your choice:
- For more mobility: choose the smaller size
- For more protection: choose the larger size
Remember that our compression base layers are worn under the regular hockey gear as a base layer
