While the shirt itself was a good fit for the most part, and does what it’s intended to do after some adjustments…. the order process itself was an issue. I never got any notification that my order was backed up, never got a tracking number until AFTER several emails going hey?? what’s going on! Even after the email asking for updates I never heard anything unless I bugged or threatened. So while the product is nice… the time frame to receive it is insane. The money i saved i would have paid to get my stuff faster.

Thanks for the review. We’re glad to hear the shirt fit and is doing its job on the ice (that is definitely more than 2 stars). You’re right—the order timeline on this product was longer than usual. That’s because it was part of our very first launch of the Duzter Wall collection for goalies, and we were waiting for fresh inventory to arrive.
As for notifications: our system automatically sends confirmations and tracking updates (sometimes filters send them to the wrong folder).
And regarding the “bugged or threatened” part—well, we did receive an anonymous message saying Alex Ovechkin was about to be traded to the Penguins if we didn’t ship faster… but we didn’t panic, because our good friend Alex wouldn’t do that to us. 😉
